About

I'm Prasad Ballari.
I believe in three things. They run through everything I do.
Trust compounds
Faster than money. Quieter than ambition. More durable than any strategy. In business, in investing, in relationships — the people and companies I've seen win over decades are the ones who treated trust as an asset, not a tactic.
Dream big or don't bother
Most people aim small because small feels safe. It isn't. Small dreams are the slowest, most exhausting way to spend a life. I'd rather chase a 100x outcome and miss than chase a 2x outcome and hit. Both take the same effort.
Execute at 100x
Ideas are cheap. Dreams without execution are theatre. The leaders I respect most aren't the ones with the best ideas — they're the ones who turn ordinary ideas into extraordinary outcomes through obsessive, focused, daily execution.
What I've built around these ideas
I don't just write about these values. I've spent years building things that operationalise them.
Starting New Company — an AI agents company designed around one idea: that AI should remove friction, not humans. This is Dream Big in action — building toward a future where companies operate with less manual burden and more human judgment.
ResultOS — an unstoppable system for personal execution, built on the equation R = (W × C) + T (Results = Work × Consistency + Time). This is 100x Focus in code form. ( Try ResultOS in your life - www.getmyforce.com)
My Money Is My Buddy — an Amazon weekly bestseller on personal finance. Built on the idea that money, like trust, compounds when you stop interfering with it.
(My Money is My Buddy: Universe does not give you what you want, but gives you what you deserve)

What I write here
Business, investing, and life — through the lens of Trust, Dream Big, and 100x Focus.
Some essays will be from inside the boardroom. Some from the investing chair. Some from the harder one — figuring out how to live well while building something hard.
One essay a month. Sometimes more. Written for people who think big, execute hard, and refuse to confuse the two.
If that's you — subscribe. It's free.
